1. Is this insurance? This first national guaranteed issue individual job loss income membership program for anyone age 18-64 that is a W2 full-time employee. We do not cover part-time workers, 1099 individuals, self-employed, temporary or seasonal workers.

2. When can I file a claim for the unemployment benefits? Our program has a 180-day waiting period before you can file claims for unemployment. We expect an enrolled member to stay employed for a minimum of 6 months before claims will be paid out for job loss income.

3. Do I get $3,000 at one time? You receive $500.00 a month for 6 months in job loss income benefits.

4. How do I file a claim? You will receive a benefits guide that will direct you how to access your benefits within 10 days of enrollment. You will have contact information to request a claim form. Once we receive the claim form by email, we average 10 days to process and send out income benefits to the member. We will verify that your full-time employment on the day you enrolled. You are also required to be approved for state unemployment to file a claim and receive benefits from this program. You do not have to be receiving state benefits just be approved. As we often get benefits quicker to the member than state benefits.

5. How does the healthcare benefits and financial services work? These are family benefits and available for all direct family members (spouse and children under 18 years of age living at the enrolled members residence) as soon as they get their benefits guide. The job loss income benefits are for the enrolled member only.

6. How can I cancel the program? We are a month-to-month benefits program. We request a 30-day notice prior to deactivation of a program. Simply send us an email requesting deactivation of your membership and we will process your request.

7. How long have you been in business? Our parent company was Established in 1992, and this benefits program was launched in 2001.

8. How long do my job loss income benefits last? You have a 6-month maximum job loss income benefits period that can be separated and used in multiple unemployment periods. It can be used for 6 months in a row or if you become unemployed and use 3 months of your benefits then you have 3 months remaining benefits in the program. When you use all 6 months your program will self-deactivate.

9. Can I reapply if my program self-deactivates because I used all my job loss income benefits? Yes, when you are full time employed and ages 18-64 you can apply again. You will have another 180-day waiting period to file for job loss income benefits.

10. Do I have to pay premiums when I am receiving job loss income benefits from the program? You are not required to pay monthly premiums during any job loss income distribution periods. If you become employed again and you have remaining job loss income benefits in your membership program you are required to pay monthly premiums again.

11. Can my job loss income membership program be deactivated? Yes, if you do not pay the monthly premium.

12. Can I cover a family member and pay their premiums? Yes, with our "qualifying guardian" provision. A direct family member can enroll a direct family member that is w2 full time employed and pay their monthly premium. (A married person can enroll their legal spouse or a child that is 18-64 and W2 full time employed) and pay the premiums for them. A grandparent can enroll (a child or grandchild that is 18-64 years of age and W2 full time employed) and pay the premiums for them.

13. Are the family healthcare benefits and financial services free or no cost? The family healthcare benefits and financial services offer a combination of no cost and low-cost benefits depending on the provider and service offered.

14. Is everyone covered by the job loss income benefits? The enrolled member is the only one covered by the job loss benefits because this is a individual enrollment program with family benefits. If 2 people want to have the job loss income protection with benefits, then they must each pay a monthly premium of $39.70 each.

15. Is this job loss program for individuals or businesses? Yes, individuals enroll in the program for personal job loss income protection. Businesses that sell a product to a consumer on a monthly payment contract enroll in this program for added customer benefits and customer payment protection if a customer suffers a job loss to protect the payment for the product or service the customer purchased.
